Markdown files. Connected knowledge.

Every node is a Markdown (.md) file. Every line is a link between notes. See how decisions, architecture, fixes, and project rules connect across your whole project.

Keep the useful details

Save architecture, decisions, fixes, and project rules as Markdown notes you can read and edit.

Carry context into new chats

Supported agents can search the same project Vault, so useful knowledge can outlast a single conversation.

Connect the reasoning

Link decisions to related notes. Search for a detail or explore how it fits into the project.

Build on what you learn

Agents can update notes as the project changes. You can review and edit those notes at any time.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about providers, privacy, your workspace, and getting started.

What is Consept?

Consept is a workspace for coding agents. Keep chats, terminals, project files, and reusable knowledge together while your existing provider does the work.

Which coding agents can I use?

Consept supports Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Grok, and OpenCode. You configure the provider and its credentials in your environment. Available models and features depend on that provider.

What does the Vault do?

The Vault stores Markdown notes for each project. You can create, search, edit, and link notes, then explore their relationships. Supported agents can recall and update this knowledge when Vault access is configured.

Can I use terminals instead of chat?

Yes. Use CLI for a focused terminal or Canvas to arrange several terminals. Saved agent sessions can be reviewed and resumed when you enter the relevant workspace view.

Does my code stay on my Mac?

Consept runs in an environment you control. Your selected coding provider may send prompts and code to its service. Check that provider’s data policy and your permissions before sharing sensitive content.

Can I connect to another environment?

Yes. Configure a local network, tailnet, SSH, or supported relay connection, then pair your client with the environment. Each environment keeps its own projects, credentials, and state.

How much does Consept cost?

Consept costs $19 per month or $129 as a one-time payment. Both plans include full access to Consept. Lifetime access includes all future updates. Coding provider subscriptions and API usage are separate. Download the app first — an account and a plan are only needed to use it.

When can I download Consept?

Now. The macOS installer downloads immediately, with no account needed. Sign in or create your account when you open the app.
