Service and account
Consept is a workspace for coding agents. The desktop application requires a Mac with Apple Silicon (M-series); Intel Macs are not supported. Use the same account for your purchase and the application. Keep your account details accurate and your credentials secure.
By using Consept or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms. The Privacy Policy describes how account, payment, support, and website information is used.

Plans and payment
The monthly plan costs $19 USD per month and renews monthly until canceled. It includes full access and updates while subscribed. The lifetime plan costs $129 USD once and includes lifetime access to Consept features and all future updates, with no monthly renewal. Both plans support up to three Macs per account.
Any applicable tax and discount are shown at Stripe checkout. Your coding providers' subscriptions and API charges are separate. A Consept purchase does not include provider credits or subscriptions.
App and download access require verified payment and account access. Keep your payment confirmation and use the purchase account when signing in. Contact us if a confirmed payment does not unlock access.

Cancellation and refunds
Cancel your monthly plan at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid the next monthly charge. Open your account and select Manage billing. Removing the app does not cancel your subscription.
You can request a refund within three days of your initial purchase, for either plan. Monthly renewal payments are not refundable under this policy. Send the request from your purchase account email to [email protected]. Include the purchase date or receipt reference; do not send card details.
A full refund removes the access provided by that purchase. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Using Consept
You are responsible for the projects, tools, providers, and environments you connect. Use only accounts, files, and systems you are authorized to access. Follow your providers' terms and applicable law.
Coding agents can run commands and change files. Review their work and permissions, keep backups, and test generated changes before relying on them. Consept does not guarantee that agent output is correct or suitable for your purpose.
Remote access requires network and environment setup. Provider availability and behavior are controlled by the provider. Contact support if you need help with a Consept fault.
